Introducing RUBY’s autumn 2025 collection, Dough is a reminder that personal style isn’t about reinvention but about building on what already feels like you. A nod to what we do best ~ our bread + butter ~ find comfort in the pieces that have earned their place in your wardrobe; the ones that aren’t about chasing something new but settling in to something true.

The seasonal shift marks the return of our one-stop Knit Shop. New names step forward like our Jessa Vest or Velma Sweater, ready to earn your trust with the same ease as an old favourite. First introduced in 2021, there is no winter without Matilda. Our forever Cardigan returns in the flavours you know and love, alongside fresh additions in a rich burgundy and a 100% organic cotton take on our signature silhouette.

Thoughtful in the way we approach autumn, Dough is shaped by considered layering and familiar textures. A fresh take on classics is reimagined in Trulli + Simona in a blue wine gingham, while shirting takes a lesson in versatility, finding new form in our Sailor Shirt. And when day turns to night, Madrid in noveau floral steps in, the print made for the moments that call for a little something extra.
